License Agreement

1. Scope of License

• Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and execute AI identity configurations hosted on the Identity Market platform via authenticated API calls.
• This license is an execution right only. It does not grant you ownership, possession, or any proprietary interest in the underlying identity configurations, model weights, prompt templates, or generation workflows.
• The scope of your license is determined by your subscription tier and is subject to the usage limits, access rules, and acceptable use requirements applicable to that tier.

2. What You Receive

• Authenticated API access to identity generation infrastructure for identities included in your subscription tier or purchased as add-ons.
• API keys linked to your account and subscription for programmatic access.
• Generated outputs (images) delivered as time-limited signed URLs.
• An access record confirming your active subscription and identity access entitlements.

3. What You Do Not Receive

• You do not receive model weights, LoRA files, prompt templates, workflow configurations, or any other identity configuration component in raw, downloadable, or extractable form.
• You do not receive ownership of any identity, including the right to transfer, sublicense, or redistribute identity access to third parties.
• You do not receive exclusive access to any identity unless your subscription specifically includes an exclusive license tier.

4. Generated Output Rights

• Generated outputs (images) produced through your API subscription belong to you, subject to the usage restrictions in these terms, the Terms of Service, and any identity-specific usage terms.
• You may use generated outputs for commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, product design, and editorial content, provided such use complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated outputs complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• Generated outputs are retained on the platform for 90 days, after which they are deleted. You are responsible for downloading and storing any outputs you wish to retain beyond this period.

5. Usage Limits

• Each subscription tier includes a defined number of monthly credits. Credits are usage units, and different models or workflows can consume different amounts depending on cost and complexity. Usage is metered per billing period and resets at the start of each new billing cycle.
• Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods.
• If you exceed your tier’s credit limit, further API generation requests will be rejected until the next billing period begins or you upgrade to a higher tier.

6. Restrictions

In addition to the restrictions set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, you may not:

• Share, transfer, or sublicense your API keys or subscription access to any third party.
• Use generated outputs or API data to train, fine-tune, distil, or develop a competing AI model or identity generation system.
• Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer identity configurations, model weights, or any hosted infrastructure components.
• Resell API access or operate a competing service using Identity Market’s infrastructure without written permission.

7. Subscription and License Lifecycle

• Your license is active only while your subscription is active and in good standing. Cancellation, non-payment, or termination of your subscription will immediately revoke your API access and execution rights.
• If you downgrade your subscription tier, your license scope adjusts to the limits of the new tier at the start of the next billing period.
• Previously generated outputs remain yours after subscription cancellation, subject to the 90-day retention period. You will not be able to generate new outputs after cancellation.

8. Revocation

• Identity Market may revoke your license and API access at any time if you violate these terms, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Revocation is immediate. All API keys associated with your account will be invalidated and all pending generation requests will be cancelled.
• Revocation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your subscription fees, except as required by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

Identity configurations are provided “as is.” Identity Market does not warrant that generated outputs will be suitable for any particular purpose, free from errors, or consistently available. See the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability section in our Terms of Service for full details.
